Cops detain 2 men, investigate suspicious car in Niagara Falls, N.Y.

Police here say two men have been detained while officers, including the state’s bomb squad, continue to investigate a car with Massachusetts plates on Elmwood Ave. Supt. Bryan DalPorto of the Niagara Falls, N.Y., police said the two men are not Russian nationals, contrary to an early report, but he wouldn’t comment further on the suspects.
